Hello everyone!
I hope you and your families are all doing well and staying healthy and safe. In the past few weeks, we've worked on a lot of material from 6th grade science: space, weather, water, and watersheds so that we could finish going over most of the middle school science curriculum. If you did not receive any of this information, then you are new to the email list: welcome! Everything (new and old work) is available on our class website at lindleyfma.weebly.com. Feel free to encourage your child to do this work if you are able. A reminder to all that this work will not count for a grade in Aspen. I am providing it to give your children the opportunity to continue engaging with science topics during this extended leave from school. For the rest of the year, we're going to take a look at some Earth Science material to prepare you for the science class you'll take next school year! Here's your new topic with work for the week: Minerals! Here is the study guide that will guide your work on this topic. In Google Docs, you can go to "File" then "Make a Copy" so that you can edit your own personal document. Here is the note sheet that will help you answer all of your questions. Feel free to watch any or all of the videos linked to the study guide for extra information! Any questions or concerns? Reach out to me at [email protected] and I will get back to you ASAP. Thank you for working with me during this challenging time! Stay safe, and keep being the awesome, incredible, hard-working, talented, strong, and excellent parents and students that I know you to be! You've got this! Best, CPT Lindley Comments are closed.
